(Bronx, NY) As part of the site’s electrical upgrade, we worked closely with Con Edison to install a new customer-side utility pole, a 1200A service, and a 500KVA utility transformer. The project also required the installation of an underground utility-spec vault to house the new transformer and ensure seamless integration with the upgraded electrical infrastructure. A critical aspect of this project was maintaining the flow of traffic on-site to keep operations running smoothly during construction. With meticulous planning and coordination, our team successfully completed the installation while minimizing disruptions for our client. This project marks Mach 1 Electric’s largest installation to date, and we’re proud to help New York City move toward a more sustainable future.
